Will 3D printing inspire neo art deco?

In 2019, the Oudezijds Achterburgwal canal in Amsterdam will have a new stainless steel bridge. It has taken six months for four robots to 3D print it.

With the freedom of form of 3D printing, is this the start for a new era of art deco? Rococo? Bolidismo?
